Please ensure that your listing is squeaky clean, especially the floors, windows and countertops. Turn on any special features including perimeter lights, pool/spa lights, water fountains, projectors, fire places etc.

We use QuickBooks and you can pay with a credit card, bank transfer, Venmo, PayPal or check. The initial non-refundable 50% is due to confirm and hold the booking. Next, we shoot, edit and deliver all agreed upon assets with our watermark. Once you pay the remaining 50% we share a version of our assets without our watermark.

Yes, we have full liability and hull insurance on our drones for aerial drone photography and videography. Copies of our FAA Part 107 certification and liability insurance is available upon request.
